Center for the Pacific Asian Family (CPAF)

This nonprofit gave me free counseling services. It also provides emergency and transitional housing to domestic violence and sexual assault survivors in the greater L.A. area. I volunteered here as a Korean translator and spent a year working full-time too.

Korean American Family Services (KFAM)

This nonprofit provides counseling, education and other social services. Also located in L.A., KFAM has a bilingual and bicultural staff. I led statewide trainings with this group.

My Sister's House

Located in Sacramento, this group focuses on providing help to women and children impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Services include counseling, emergency housing and job training.

Oakland - This is a national resource center on domestic violence, sexual violence, trafficking, and other forms of gender-based violence in Asian and Pacific Islander communities.
