One of the things I love most about TV reporting is getting to try cool things like driving a fancy car	I volunteer my time on behalf of the news stations I represent. On this day, I was emceeing the Asian Festival in Downtown Dallas	Shin-Soo Choo from the Texas Rangers is Korean. His presence in North Texas is a huge deal to the Korean community. So big, that the Rangers hosted a Korean Heritage Night in his honor.
K-Pop Star Yenny from Wonder Girls dropped by the Globe Life Park aka Texas Rangers stadium for the very first Korean Heritage Night	I emceed for countless award ceremonies, banquets, festivals, and galas, primarily applauding Asian Americans' success stories	I was Skype pals with this group of 5th graders in Arizona while working in Vancouver. They asked me to sign their notebooks.
Meryl Davis and Charlie White won the Silver medals in Vancouver, but then went on to win the Gold at the next Winter Olympics in Sochi	Kristi Yamaguchi was the highlight of my trip as far as interviews were concerned	It was so nice to be featured on our NBC website during the Winter Olympics
I attempted to shovel my way out of the hotel after being snowed in for several days	We shot liveshots for each other during the Flagstaff snow storms	Our crew stayed busy with local and national liveshots
